In the heart of Bangladesh, a movement is quietly gaining momentum, one that is transforming the lives of countless young people and shaping the future of the nation. This movement is the Bangladesh Youth Organization (BYO), a beacon of hope, empowerment, and positive change. Since its inception, BYO has been dedicated to equipping the youth of Bangladesh with the skills, knowledge, and opportunities they need to lead successful lives and contribute meaningfully to society. 

As we reflect on the journey of BYO, we celebrate the impact it has made and look forward to the bright future that lies ahead. The Birth of a Vision Founded on May 25, 2019, BYO was born out of a deep desire to address the challenges facing the youth of Bangladesh. The organization was established by Zihad Akanda, a visionary leader who recognized the untapped potential within the country’s youth. With a commitment to fostering growth, education, and community involvement, Zihad set out to create a platform where young people could thrive. 

BYO began its journey with a focus on offline community work, engaging directly with the people of Gaibandha city. Through various initiatives such as skill development workshops, educational programs, and community service projects, the organization quickly gained traction. The impact was immediate, and it wasn’t long before BYO expanded its reach to the digital world, launching its presence on social media in 2020.

Our mission is threefold Skill Development

We offer a comprehensive range of programs that equip young people with technical, vocational, and entrepreneurial skills. These programs are designed to prepare them for the challenges of the modern workforce and empower them to pursue diverse career opportunities. 

Education for All

We believe that education is the foundation of a prosperous society. BYO is dedicated to ensuring that every child has access to quality education, regardless of their background. Our initiatives focus on bridging the educational gap and promoting lifelong learning. 

Community Engagement

We actively engage with communities through events, workshops, and campaigns. By fostering collaboration and encouraging civic responsibility, we aim to drive positive change at the grassroots level.
